While protests concerning the Arab Spring are taking place in Paris, 14-year-old Marwann has bigger problems to worry about. Despite his Tunisian origins, he is more concerned with being popular at school than with politics. When he comes across a rally, his photo is captured and makes headlines, accidentally making him a symbol of the revolution and the coolest kid in school. He decides to take advantage of the confusion, trying to win the affections of his crush as well as reconnecting to his roots.
